[Charleston, SC–March 8] On March 16, Salis will release a thirteen-track collection of Country Rap tunes. The album, titled Moonshine& Hennessy, is the most anticipated album of his career since the release of Cadillac Summer.
“Country Rap tunes isn’t a genre of music, it’s an appreciation for southern culture,” said Salis.
Needless to say, fans are anxiously waiting on a new album from the Charleston-based rapper. Moonshine & Hennessy will feature “Money on My Mind,” “Me”, and the works of a local production team in tuned with his style and sound.
Flint, Michigan rapper Rush, says, “Salis music lives on forever. Nobody in the game has his style and dedication. He’s bringing the southern heat back.”
And, while it’s obvious that Moonshine & Hennessy are the recommended adult beverages, the album actually sheds a little light onto Salis. He says fans will get to know both the Country boy, and the grown man who occasionally drinks cognac. “I make music that is relatable to the young and old school players,” he added.
The album will be available for a digital purchase at cadillacsalis.bandcamp.com. The full track list includes:
- The Intro
