“Charleston Night Cap” to be released at Sneaker

[Charleston, SC—July 14, 2016] Circulating the web is the first look of the “Charleston Night Cap” New Era 9FIFTY snapback. A collaborative effort between H1GHER LEARNING, Inc. and the Charleston Riverdogs, will bring baseball fans and fashion-centric Charlestonians together on July 27 at Sneaker.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. KJ Kearney, Founder/Director of H1GHER LEARNING, will host a brand launch for this limited edition snapback. Using the Riverdogs alternative cap logo as the template, the “Charleston Night Cap” snapback showcases the RiverDogs’ popular design in a new light to get the team in front of a different demographic.

“This is the first time anyone outside of the Riverdogs organization has been afforded the opportunity to design their own cap,” Kearney expressed. “I appreciate their willingness to try new things in an effort to expand their brand outside of their traditional fanbase. This is a small step that could potentially have a huge impact on both the team and the community.”

Joining Kearney will be the Riverdogs Merchandise Director Mike DeAntonio. Together they will share how the collaboration came about in hopes of making a huge impact on both the team and Charleston community.

“The RiverDogs are more than a baseball club, we’re an extension of the community. Working with KJ and H1GHER LEARNING to create the ‘Charleston Nights Cap’ is a big part of that,” said DeAntonio.

And while there is no scheduled game for the New York Yankees affiliated team on the release day, JP Hudson, owner of Sneaker, invites fans to 237 King Street for this monumental event. Hudson said, “It is exciting for Sneaker to showcase the Riverdogs brand to our customer through their special release. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be involved with KJ, Mike , and photographer Rusty Ross on this collaborative project”.

Spots at this launch event are limited, and will be given to those who reserve their cap via the Sneaker website or in store on a first come, first serve basis. The “Charleston Nights” cap is $40 and can be purchased through the Sneaker website. As an added bonus, individuals who purchase their hats in advance will receive two (2) complimentary vouchers to a Charleston Riverdogs home game of their choice while supplies last.

“We want everyone to know that the RiverDogs represents everyone in the Charleston, and The Joe is your ballpark,” DeAntonio added.

Pre orders will begin on Friday, July 15. For more information about the brand launch, email charlestonstickstogether@gmail.com or visit http://sneakerff.com.
