‘Live from the Underground’ is set to be one of three new hip-hop events.
Charleston, S.C—Live from the Underground will take place at the Purple Buffalo on April 15. This hip-hop concert, hosted by SALIS, will feature performances from Walter Brown and Mossy B 4 Prez; an after party with DJ Don Breez to follow immediately after.
“Live from the Underground will help push artists who are different from most…but trill enough to remain the same,” SALIS commented.
In addition to his hip-hop career, SALIS (also known as Mac), has partnered with his publicist Tawana Tee to host the events. Live from the Underground, comes to Charleston, as one of three hip-hop music events scheduled until August 2017. The hip hop performances from Brown and Mossy, will preview what Tee N Mac have in store for the summer. The publicist and client collab, will also include:

- SALIS album release concert
“We think this will be good opportunity for indie artists, like myself, to get more exposure throughout the city,” he added.
Live from the Underground will begin at 9:00 p.m. Admission is $5 before 10:30 and $10 anytime afterward. Guest must be 21 + with a valid id to enter the venue.
The Purple Buffalo is located on the King Street Extension at 2702 Azalea Drive in North Charleston. Upcoming events will be announced on the SALIS and tawana tee PR & Marketing Facebook Fan Pages.
