New Festival to Elevate Cigar Culture Across Holy City This Summer

Rooted in Charleston. Rolled in Tradition. A Four-Day Experience Bringing Cigar and Bourbon Culture to the Holy City.

[Charleston, S.C. —April 30, 2026] A new premier experience for cigar and bourbon enthusiasts is set to debut with the launch of the Holy City Cigar Festival, set for June 17–20, 2026.

With its inaugural theme, “Rooted in Charleston. Rolled in Tradition,” this festival celebrates local culture while elevating the cigar and bourbon experience. Building on that vision, the festival will feature expanded activations for connoisseurs, enthusiasts, and those who may not yet be familiar with the culture—but just might pique their interest with the lineup alone.

Festival Lineup

• Wednesday, June 17: Smoke Session Kickoff Mixer

• Thursday, June 18: Oak & Smoke Signature Pairing Experience

• Friday, June 19: Exclusive Cigar Experience featuring Glen Case (Limited Capacity)

• Saturday, June 20: Main Event + VIP Experience & Q&A

“I’m excited to have Oak & Smoke part of the lineup,” said Quintin Collins, founder of Smokin Rose Speakeasy. “We’ve been tasked with setting the tone for the festival, and it will be thoughtfully curated with premium execution—just like the perfect cigar.”

While the four-day event will be centered on cigars, it is also designed to elevate interest and drive community engagement. “I’m confident these curated moments will be intentionally distinct from other cigar-themed events taking place across the Tri-County area,” he added. “The Holy City Cigar Festival will amplify the summer experience so much more.”

Tickets & Information

Tickets are on sale now at the Holy City Cigar Festival eventbrite page.

Early bird access (available through May 21) , premium packages, and VIP experiences will be available in limited quantities. Official host hotel accommodations will be provided by Embassy Suites Charleston Historic District.
